You will receive your photos and videos through a designative Drop Box link.

Within 1-3 business days. Additional $25-to-$50 to receive within 24 hours.

There is a charge of $0.70 per mile for listings more than 25 miles outside of Grand Rapids.

If we are not contacted before 5pm ET, the day before your scheduled date, we will charge a $50 cancellation fee upon refund.

A written notice must be provided within 10 days after receiving content. We can re-shoot or issue a refund.
